Tips and Ideas for Corporate Themed Events

Corporate events have to be fun and most of all, perfect. But it's rather hard to have fun when your corporate events are stiff and formal. It's good to have corporate themed events. This will provide some glitz in your corporate events so employees and invited guests would have something to get excited about. Themed events also facilitate the mood and lift the spirits of everyone.

Island Casino Party

Depending on the occasion, corporate themed events could become an island casino party. You could have the venue set up like a casino. There should be roulettes and blackjack tables. Get a colossal slot machine too.

To decorate the area and to present your corporate themed events, have dice-shaped balloons hanging on the ceiling. To even promote the mood more, you should put an attractive sign right at the entrance signifying the island casino theme. You could also have giant playing cards as decoration for the walls.

There could have palm trees, surf and even sand all around. Have everyone wear beach shirts and beach attires. To make the room alive, hire a band to play some music. At the table you have playing card fountains as centerpieces. You would also put some dice-shaped candles. This will certainly give more flavor to all island casino themed events.

Cruise Ship Themed Events

For more formal occasions, themed events like cruise ship parties are more ideal. If you want to project a formal and elegant tone, you should start with a more formal invitation. Of course, you could also indicate it's a black tie party.

But if the purpose is more on to give fun and enjoyment to employees, you can tone down the event and give out more casual invitations. You could even design an electronic invitation for everyone.

You can create your own port right at the entrance. Right there, you could have a lifeboat and some red, white and blue balloons to give the entrance some color too. Alternatively you could also put a big life preserver arch as the entrance. It would be a good site for everyone to have their photos taken too.

Your cruise ship themed events should have a dance floor. You should recreate the look of cruise ship ballrooms. For formal events, the ballroom should be elegant and a 50s look would be a good idea. Cruise ship themed events would not be complete without a bar. Of course, tables and a buffet area should be set up as well.

For more casual occasions, you could throw nets on the tables and scatter some shells on them too. For formal cruise ship themed events, you could have crisp linens and blue skirting on the tables. Elegant white china and silverware should be used to maintain a formal and elegant mood.

Fresh flowers and candles at the bar would also look good and add beauty to the room. Of course, the cocktails, champagne and fun drinks are important keep the corporate themed events going.
