December 2007
A Starter for 10
You may have noticed the lack of a newsletter in November and that in many ways is a good thing as it proves that we were too busy to do anything but deliver fantastic and exciting events!
Over the last few months we have had some lows – the threat of our office getting bulldozed and the distinct shortage of Wispas in the sweet shop.
Up Close & Personal
But the rest of the time has been packed full of weird and wonderful adventures…
- We have brought Narnia to Hampton Court, the Moulin Rouge to Marlow and finally, Hollywood to Crewe!
- At a technology conference all eyes were glued to our hula girls bringing a taste of the Caribbean to the party!
- After tasting fine wine in Glasgow, we raced pantomime horses in Bolton the very next day!
- And finally, we made an award winning pop video in which the ‘Best Comedy Moment’ went to an alien sliding down the banister of a fine country hotel!
Focus On
We hate being bored, so in an effort to fire your imagination for next year’s conferences and meetings, here are a selection of fun and engaging team building options:-
- Strictly Come Prancing:
With the TV final of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ just around the corner, why not keep it topical with a live and interactive show at the next conference. A daytime training session will get everyone excited and warmed up and a glamorous competition in the evening could be just the thing your delegates need to relax.
- PFE Challenge:
If you need a more informal, workshop style session, offering something for everyone, then try out the PFE Challenge. Teams rotate around a variety of competitive workshops that can include –
- Pottery – close your eyes like Demi Moore and feel that clay between your….er hands!
- Cocktail Making – Learn how to layer shots and make the perfect Sunrise from one of the finest cocktail connoisseurs on the circuit.
- Ready Steady Cook – all hands on deck in this fast paced cookery game!
- Fly By – a construction game ending in a fly off!
- Wet and Wild – for those venues lucky enough to have a swimming pool…
- Dodgeball – There are five rules, dodge, duck, dip, dive and er dodge!
- Plus many many more……
And Finally
Themed Events:
With our burgeoning reputation in Themed Events, why not have a party with a special PFE difference. As experts in entertainment and showmanship, we concentrate on what we are good at and carefully select the best artists and stage shows for each theme. Another option is to select some of our specially created themed games that lift the theme out of the doldrums and into the stratosphere! The ‘Can Can challenge!’ and ‘Can You Handle It?’ are just a few of our creations!
Happy Christmas and Best wishes for the New Year and if you see any Cadbury’s Wispas, you know where to send them!
